  Notify our customer service team within 14 days of receipt if your newspaper or gift set is damaged or does not match your order details.

  Email a clear photograph of the item and its packaging to help us verify the condition and improve our preservation shipping methods.

  Secure Packaging

  If a return is authorized, place the item back in its original protective sleeve and rigid mailer to prevent any further degradation during transit.

  Refund or Replacement

  Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement from our historical archives.
